Desyy enables you to design your custom clothing through our online interface. By utilizing the platform, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.
We collect necessary information for shipping, as well as your email and phone number, only when you make a purchase.
The content and the "Desyy" brand are the exclusive property of DESYY DESIGN LLC.
Uploading content that violates our policies, including but not limited to child exploitation, harassment, defamation, hateful content, illegal activities, intellectual property infringements, and self-harm, is not allowed.
All user information is securely managed through Stripe.
DESYY operates as a print-on-demand company, ensuring the uniqueness of each product produced upon order placement. Please be aware that returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, or changing preferences. In the rare event of a damaged product or manufacturing error, DESYY provides a free replacement or refund within 30 days of product delivery. For prompt assistance, contact our team via the contact page form, including clear photos of the issue. In cases involving multiple products with the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items in one frame is required for confirmation. DESYY will not be responsible for replacements or refunds if customers choose the wrong size or color. For unsuccessful deliveries, you can opt for a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund. DTG products have a 0.5" tolerance for print placement variations, not considered as defects.
